What data we collect
Only what you type in the form: your name, the gym's name, your phone and/or email, the approximate number of members or the gym's area, and any message you want to add. If you reach the website from a link in one of our posts, we also record which post you came from.
What we use it for
- If you own or manage a gym: to contact you and explain the service and, if you are interested, prepare a proposal.
- If you train at a gym: to contact that gym and suggest the service. We will only say the idea came from a member; we will give your name only if you allow us to.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data, and we will not send you advertising you have not asked for.
Machine survey
If you scan a machine's QR code and answer the survey, we only store the products you choose, any comment you write and which gym the machine is in. It is anonymous: we don't ask for your name, phone or email. Please don't include personal details in the comment.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and, if you go ahead with us, taking pre-contractual steps at your request.
How long we keep it
For as long as there is a business relationship or interest and, at most, 2 years from the last contact if we do not end up working together. After that it is deleted, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or share your data. To run the website and our management tool we use providers that act as data processors and may only use the data to provide their service to us:
- Netlify (website hosting and form submissions).
- Supabase (database for our contact management tool).
- Cloudflare (anonymous visit statistics, no cookies).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to our using it or take it with you (portability), and withdraw your consent. Just write to nuvend.bcn@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
